The doctoral school's HDR committee is also responsible for examining applications for affiliation to the I-MEP² doctoral school.
Affiliation with a doctoral school obliges the attached thesis supervisor to be thesis supervisor exclusively in the doctoral school to which he or she is affiliated.
(He/she may, however, be a co-supervisor in other doctoral schools).
The request for affiliation must include a detailed CV, a description of past research activities and, in the case of a change of Doctoral School, a description of the research projects that justify the request for this change (please send a copy of the exchanges to the departing Doctoral School).
Please send these documents to the Committee President via the Doctoral School address : ed-imep2@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
These documents must reach us no later than 2 weeks before the HDR committee meeting.
