Rules to know

> Each course is validated for a maximum of 20 hours.
This constraint has been put in place so that doctoral students can diversify their training. Indeed, the aim of these training courses is not to help you with your doctoral project, but to complement your skills beyond your thesis subject.
There are, however, a few exceptions for certain "non-catalog" training courses. (see HERE).

> Over 20% absenteeism during a course organized by the ED I-MEP² will invalidate the course, except in the case of justified significant constraint.

> Cotutelle doctoral students can claim half of their training hours with courses taken at the partner university (max. 60 hours).

>Participation in seminars, conferences, colloquia or congresses as a speaker, lecturer or visitor is not counted as training hours, as it is an integral part of your thesis.
On the other hand, participation as an organizer can be taken into account, depending on the nature and importance of the mission.

> Poster presentations do not earn training hours, except for the JDD: Journée des doctorants de l'I-MEP² (10h).

> Supervision of interns does not count as training time.

> The welcome meeting for 1st year doctoral students does not count as a training course, so the hours are not validated.

> The I-MEP² Doctoral School does not contribute to course fees, so there's no need to apply.

> MOOC* type courses are accepted (> Declaration of non-catalogue courses on your ADUM profile).
